Lynchburg Roanoke Concrete is operated by NMajor Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This site is an independent project-detail intake and routing site for concrete estimate requests; it is not itself the concrete provider that performs the work.
Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request through this site, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, ZIP, neighborhood, or city, service needed, and any free-text project notes. We also automatically capture the page the request came from, the consent version in effect, the page referrer (if any), and any UTM parameters in the URL at the time of submission. For security, spam prevention, attribution, and lead processing, the site and its service providers may also process technical request data such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, request time, and Cloudflare request identifiers.
Privacy Request Information
When you use the privacy request form, we collect the request type, your name, reply email, optional phone number, and message, along with limited technical details such as source URL, user-agent, country, request time, and Cloudflare request identifiers. Privacy request information is sent to a support/contact system and used only to review and respond to the privacy or data request.
How We Use Quote Request Information
Quote request information is used to evaluate whether the project fits the service area and the available concrete provider, and to follow up on the request. We do not sell quote request information to third parties unrelated to fulfilling the request.
Lead Sharing Disclosure
Submitted project details may be shared with a qualified concrete provider serving Lynchburg, Roanoke, and nearby Virginia communities. That provider performs the concrete work; this site does not. The provider may contact you by phone about your project based on the consent you give when submitting the form.
Phone Calls and Voicemail
If you call the site phone number, call metadata such as caller number, call time, duration, call status, and routing outcome may be logged. Calls forwarded to a provider are not intended to be recorded by this site, but voicemail messages left through the site phone system may be recorded and stored so the request can be reviewed and followed up.
Service Providers
The site may use third-party service providers for hosting, Cloudflare security and Turnstile spam protection, analytics if enabled, form and lead intake, dashboard or CRM delivery, webhook delivery, and call tracking if enabled. Spam Protection
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on quote request forms to reduce automated spam. Cloudflare may process limited browser and request information to determine whether a form submission appears legitimate before the request is accepted.
